Someone just left you an awesome review on their favorite social media site (Facebook, Yelp, Google Reviews, or another site). Great!
But you notice that this newest review isn't on your GatherKudos page, or your Recview Stream on your website.
What gives? You want everyone to know about this awesome review.
Don't worry, it will likely appear there soon. You see, GatherKudos pulls in all the newest reviews once per day. So, it could take a number of hours before it shows up depending when the reviewer left the feedback.
We recommend checking back tomorrow, and seeing if it's there. If it isn't, then please let us know at support@gatherkudos.com. There may be an issue if that's the case.
There are a few other reasons why a review may not show up:

Your Facebook page isn't public to everyone. If that's true, GatherKudos may not be able to pull in your Facebook reviews.

Yelp sometimes hides reviews. If Yelp doesn't like the submitted review, for any reason, it will hide it. If that happens, GatherKudos may not be able to see it to pull it in.
If either of those cases happen, let us know at support@gatherkudos.com and we can manually create the review for you on your GatherKudos account.
