Your Facebook reviews aren't showing? Figure out what's wrong.
If you have several Facebook reviews on your company's Facebook page, but they are not showing up in GatherKudos (or in your website under "Recent Reviews", then that means the following:
Your Facebook page is restricted and not 100% viewable to the public.
That means your Facebook page has some limitation as to who can see the page (either geographically or age wise), and that is preventing GatherKudos from "seeing" the reviews. That is why they are not showing up on your GatherKudos page or the reports.
You will have to change the settings on your Facebook page to remedy the issue.

After making those changes, it may take up to 24 hours before GatherKudos sees your Facebook page and pulls in the reviews.
